Google Apps
Google Apps helps business, school, group or family communicate and collaborate more effectively. It is a powerful, easy to set up, and available for free.
Google Reader
Google Reader is a Web-based aggregator, a quick way to add feeds is to subscribe I can always add or remove feeds later
As I view the items in reading list, they will be automatically marked as read as i scroll down (in the "Expanded" view). If I would like to disable this feature, I can turn it off
Google Reader has sharing features with the “Send to” feature. With this feature, I have sent easily the items to Blogger, in addition I can send to other sites.
Besides that, Google Reader has also made it easier to subscribe directly to the sites of people you follow on Google Reader. Simply click on the name of the people you follow and if the person has registered the different sites on their Google Profile, you can immediately subscribe to their updates on a particular site other than Google Reader.
And finally, for items which you want to Mark as Read items, you can now mark these items as read based on how old they are.

Google Site
I have created a Google site which really a good opportunity to learn new technologies, I like the site I am planning to use it as a continuously bases and distribute it among my colleagues every where so they also will get an opportunity to learn. I can give them an opportunity to share the group work, add file attachments, information.

Google Earth
Benefits of using the Google Earth:
Google Earth has many benefits for instance it’s free, you can travel anywhere in the world, It’s easy to use you can take still shots and send pictures, you can save places, previously I use to face difficulties while searching for any place either I lost or I call my friends but now I have acknowledged that there is a map which called Google Earth which gives precise location for example you can find directions, restaurants, hotels and other local businesses and even map routes from one location to another. You can make zoom for the places that you want to capture it. I really found it fascinating and useful that because it enables us to see images of almost any geographical location on Earth.
Finally I will say that through Google Earth, I literally have the whole world in my hands that because it helped me a lot while my project research for I was trying to find the TECOM Investment building in Dubai Media city and I found it without any obstacles the attached Image analysis’s the whole above words.

Google search
Google search is a web search engine one of the most-used search engine which I use it in my all researches, because most of the time I find the required information easily. Which more delighted me at this time is I have learned a new method of research with more precise information through using the features, such as: synonyms; weather forecasts; time zones or exclusion ("-xx"), inclusion ("+xx"), alternatives ("xx OR yy"), and wildcard matching ("xx*").
I have used quotation marks for exact phrases searches for HR Conference project as following "HR Scorecard" I found the exact results.

Reflection on Gmail Google Project
I have learn many things through the Gmail project I found it a good site that because it helped me through POP in basically to import email from another account. on the other hand it could helps the business people in making their life much easy importing all emails in one inbox with labeling them in folders in a way which will organize the emails with highly accurate results.
Since I am a working student it will be a good opportunity to filter all my different email accounts in this Gmail. I have invited my class colloquies and I am planning to invite the staff in my work as well. Gmail has so many unique benefits for example: no matter with the size of storage with 8.2 GB+ currently.
Moreover I liked forwarding (export) emails automatically to another email account using POP/IMAP which I wasn’t aware about it previously. I like the way of training the student, which helped me to enhance my presentation skills.
Through my teacher advice I have recognized that I should not panic for the time I should have told the student to follow my steps with practical work which I missed it during this session.
In General I didn’t only learn through my project I have learnt from my colloquies session as well I could say that Google in general is a helpful site.
